Why Collect?

You might prefer to collect your kit if you are:

  • Feeling uncomfortable about having the SH:24 testing kit delivered to your home.

  • or

  • Feeling you can’t wait for delivery and need to speed up the process.

    You can now collect a kit directly from the Sexual Health Centre.

What is SH:24?

SH:24 provide an online service where you can order free STI self test kits to be delivered to your home. The Sexual Health Centre is now a collection point for these kits.

Collecting Your Kit

  • Let us know you would like an SH:24 testing kit.

  • We will show you a colour coded list of the different tests available.

  • Read through the list and select the coloured kit that best suits your needs.

  • We will then hand you, your selected kit.

After receiving your kit you have two options:

  • Gather your samples at home

Collection Point Role

The Sexual Health Centre is only operating as a collection point for SH:24.

SH:24 will provide your results. The Sexual Health Centre will have no information on your results or any other details in relation to the samples you provide.

  • They will provide you with your results

Results are usually provided through a text message or phonecall.
