Crisis Pregnancy Counselling

Support for unplanned pregnancy and for those who have had a termination and would like to talk

How we can support you

Counselling offers a safe, supportive space to talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. You will be met with respect, understanding, and without pressure or judgement.

We can support you to:

  • Talk through how you are feeling

  • Explore your concerns, questions, and hopes

  • Consider the emotional, personal, medical, and practical aspects of your situation

  • Access clear, accurate, and unbiased information

If you are currently pregnant, we can support you in understanding all of your options, including:

  • Continuing the pregnancy and parenting

  • Adoption

  • Ending the pregnancy

Our role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in making the decision that feels right for you.

We provide a free, confidential, and non-judgmental counselling service for people and their partners who are experiencing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy, as well as for those who have had a termination and may want support afterwards.

Whether you are facing a decision or reflecting on one you have already made, our trained counsellors are here to listen and support you at your own pace.

After a termination

If you have already had a termination and would like to talk, we also offer confidential post-termination counselling for individuals and couples.

People seek support for many reasons, whether that’s to process emotions, reflect on their experience, or simply have a space to talk.

Whatever your reason, you are welcome here.
