Crisis Pregnancy Counselling
Our crisis pregnancy counsellors do not judge or tell you what to do.
We provide a professional, supportive, and confidential service to people and their partners experiencing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy.
Counselling offers a safe space to talk openly about how you are feeling, the challenges you may be facing, and the supports you might need.
We work with you respectfully to:
Explore your feelings, concerns, and hopes around the pregnancy
Look at the personal, emotional, medical, and practical aspects of your situation
Provide information and support in understanding all of your options, which may include:
Continuing with the pregnancy and parenting
Choosing adoption
Choosing a termination (abortion)
Our role is to listen, to support, and to help you find clarity and confidence in making the decision that is right for you.
We also offer post-termination counselling for individuals or couples.
