Crisis Pregnancy Counselling

Support for unplanned pregnancy and for those who have had a termination and would like to talk

How we can support you

Counselling offers a safe, supportive space to talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and circumstances. You will be met with respect, understanding, and without pressure or judgement.

We can support you to:

  • Talk through how you are feeling

  • Explore your concerns, questions, and hopes

  • Process the emotional impact of a diagnosis of a fatal foetal abnormality

  • Consider the emotional, personal, medical, and practical aspects of your situation

  • Access clear, accurate, and unbiased information

  • Find support following a termination or pregnancy loss

If you are currently experiencing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy, we can support you in understanding all of your options, including:

  • Continuing the pregnancy and parenting

  • Adoption

  • Ending the pregnancy/ Abortion

We provide a free, confidential, and non-judgemental counselling service for people and their partners who are experiencing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy, have received a diagnosis of a fatal foetal abnormality, or have had a termination and would like support afterwards.

Whether you are facing a difficult decision, coping with the impact of a diagnosis, or reflecting on a decision you have already made, our trained counsellors are here to listen, support you, and provide a safe space to talk at your own pace.

After a termination

If you have already had a termination and would like to talk, we also offer confidential post-termination counselling for individuals and couples.

People seek support for many reasons, whether that’s to process emotions, reflect on their experience, or simply have a space to talk.

Whatever your reason, you are welcome here.

Foetal Abnormality

If you have received a diagnosis of a foetal/ fatal foetal abnormality, we can provide compassionate support as you navigate your options and cope with the emotional impact of your diagnosis. Our role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide information, emotional support, and a safe space to help you make the decisions that are right for you.
