Crisis Pregnancy Counselling

Our crisis pregnancy counsellors do not judge or tell you what to do.
We provide a professional, supportive, and confidential service to people and their partners experiencing an unplanned or crisis pregnancy.

Counselling offers a safe space to talk openly about how you are feeling, the challenges you may be facing, and the supports you might need.

We work with you respectfully to:

  • Explore your feelings, concerns, and hopes around the pregnancy

  • Look at the personal, emotional, medical, and practical aspects of your situation

  • Provide information and support in understanding all of your options, which may include:

    • Continuing with the pregnancy and parenting

    • Choosing adoption

    • Choosing a termination (abortion)

Our role is to listen, to support, and to help you find clarity and confidence in making the decision that is right for you.

We also offer post-termination counselling for individuals or couples.
