LGBTQIA+ Counselling

Everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and accepted.

Our free LGBTI+ Peer Counselling Service offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, and LGBTQIA+ people to talk. Whether you're questioning your sexuality or gender, navigating relationships, coming out, transitioning, or simply looking for someone who understands, we're here to support you.

Our peer counsellor recognises that everyone's journey is unique. Together, you can explore challenges, build confidence, develop coping strategies, and work towards feeling more comfortable and confident in yourself.

We can support you with:

  • Exploring your sexuality, gender identity, or gender expression

  • Coming out to family, friends, or colleagues

  • Gender transition and navigating life as a trans or non-binary person

  • Relationships, dating, friendships, and family dynamics

  • Building self-esteem, confidence, and self-acceptance

  • Anxiety, stress, low mood, and emotional wellbeing

  • Experiences of discrimination, bullying, or minority stress

  • Loneliness, isolation, and finding a sense of belonging

  • Sexual health, healthy relationships, and personal wellbeing

  • Life changes, personal growth, and identity exploration

You don't need to be in crisis to access counselling. Whatever you're facing, we're here to listen, support you without judgement, and help you find a way forward at your own pace.

This is a free and confidential service. To book an appointment, simply complete the form below and a member of our team will be in touch.
