The Sexual Health Centre is a registered charity (Charity Registration Number: 20078522) and a company limited by guarantee (Company #130615). The Sexual Health Centre is committed to transparency and good governance. We are fully compliant with the Governance Code and the requirements of the Charities Regulatory Authority.

 In accordance with our Constitution, we are governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees. Our current board members are:
