CSB Counselling

This counselling service supports individuals who are experiencing challenges in managing sexual thoughts, urges or behaviours. These may include: 

  • Compulsive use of pornography 

  • Compulsive masturbation  

  • Intrusive sexual thoughts  

  • Difficulties setting healthy boundaries around sexual activities 

Our aim is to provide a respectful, confidential space where you can explore these concerns and change patterns of behaviour. 

This service is not suitable for individuals who are involved in certain illegal behaviours, such as: 

  • Voyeurism without consent 

  • Exhibitionism 

  • The making of unsolicited sexual phone calls 

This service is also not suitable for those who have committed serious sexual offences such as: 

  • Sexual assault  

  • Child sexual abuse  

  • Possession of illegal sexual material  

We are unable to work with anyone who has been convicted of, is under investigation for or is awaiting trial for these types of offences.

  • The CSB counsellor will make contact to arrange your initial assessment.   

  • If you initially contact us by phone, you won’t be asked to share any details about why you’re seeking support.  You will however have to say that you are seeking CSB counselling so that our receptionist can forward your details appropriately.

  • To get started, we’ll just need your full name, phone number and email address. Please ensure this information is accurate so that our CSB counsellor can contact you.

Fees and Sessions 

Each counselling session, including the assessment, costs €45 and lasts 50 minutes.
